3 c. white sugar 6 c. water 1 1/2 sticks butter 1 c. permo flo 1 t. vanilla 1 t. cinnamon 3 t. lemon juice Mix everything and bring to boil. Add 1 gal. of sliced apples. Put in jars to seal. To pressure seal, bring pressure up then turn off burner. Let set for 10-15 minutes or cold pack 15-20 minutes. Do not fill jars to top or it will boil over.
