1 2/3 c. sugar ½ c. oil 2 c. flour 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon ½ tsp. nutmeg 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 4 c. chopped apples 1 c. chopped walnuts Frosting: 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 ½ c. powdered sugar 3 T. butter, melted 1 tsp. vanilla Directions Mix and pour batter into a 9x13 inch pan.
