2 c. sugar 1 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. cocoa 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional) Mix together and put into greased 9x13 pan.
