14 oz. caramels 1/3 c. milk 2 c. flour 2 c. oats 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 c. butter or margarine 16 oz. chocolate chips Directions Heat caramels and milk until smooth. Mix flour, oats, sugar, soda, salt egg and butter until crumbly. Press half of the crumb mixture into a greased cake pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350.
