Mix 2/3 c. undiluted carnation evaporated milk, 1 2/3 c. sugar and ½ t. salt in a saucepan over low heat. Heat to boiling then cook five minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add 1 ½ c. (15 med) diced marshmallows, 1 ½ c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 t. vanilla and ½ c. chopped nuts. Stir 1-2 minutes until marshmallows melt. Pour into buttered 9” square pan.
