2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. cinnamon 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil 2 c. finely-grated carrots 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. drained crushed pineapple 1 c. shredded coconut 1/2 c. chopped nuts Directions Combine dry ingredients.
