1 - 1/4 oz. pkg. yeast
1 1/2 C. warm water
1 T. sugar
1 t. salt
4 C. all purpose flour
6 - 8 string cheese sticks

Directions

In a large bowl disslove yeast in water. Add sugar, salt and enough flour to make a soft dough. Turn onto a floured board. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 6 - 8 minutes. Let rise about 10 minutes. Pinch off enough dough to easily cover a cheese stick. Wrap it around the cheese stick. Let rise another 15 minutes. Deep fat fry in hot oil at 375.
