Crust:
2 1/2 c. flour
1 t. salt
2 T. vegetable oil
1 T. yeast
2 t. sugar
1 c. water

Toppings:
4 chicken breast
1 lg. onion
1 -2 c. salsa
1 lg. pepper
1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms
shredded cheese

Mix together dry ingredients, add oil and water. Mix well. Let rise 20 minutes. While rising cut chicken breasts in cubes. Fry in Italian dressing with peppers, onions and mushrooms until chicken is no longer pink. Spread salsa on top of crust. Put chicken mixture on top of salsa. Bake at 375 for 15 - 20 minutes. Then put cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted.
