5 C. softened butter 1 1/2 C. sugar 4 1/2 C. brown sugar 6 t. vanilla 6 pkg. instant pudding 12 eggs 36 oz. chocolate chips 3 C. nuts 13 1/2 C. flour 6 t. soda Directions Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding. Mix in large bowl, beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Add flour, soda then chocolate chips and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Drop on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 8 - 10 minutes.
