2 c. milk, scalded 3/4 c. sugar 2 T. Flour 1 T. Cocoa 1 egg 1/4 c. milk Directions Scald the 2 cups of milk with sugar. In a shaker or blender, mix the flour, cocoa, egg and 1/4 cup milk.
