2 pkgs. (18 1/4 oz. each) Devils food cake mix 4 eggs, lightly beaten 1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese softened 3 to 4 C. powdered sugar 1/2 t. vanilla 2/3 C. oil 1/2 C. butter Directions Beat cake mixes, eggs and oil. Batter will be very stiff. Roll into 1" balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets and flatten slightly. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes or until a slight indention remains when lightly touched. Cool. In another bowl beat cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Spread on half of cookies, top with remaining cookies. Back to Cookie Recipes "LIKE" THIS RECIPE >>> |
