1 - 3oz. pkg. soft cream cheese 1/4 t. almond extract 2 1/2 C. confectioners sugar 1/2 C. chopped walnuts Directions Butter a 9 x 5 loaf pan. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and almond extract until smooth. Stir in nuts. With spoon press mixture into loaf pan. Refrigerate 45 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve cold.
