(Yields 5 cakes) 10 C. brown sugar 12 1/2 C. flour 5 t. soda 2 1/2 C. shortening 10 t. baking powder 1 T. salt Combine and store in Tupperware bowl in cool place. To make 1 cake use out of your stored mix: 4 1/2 C. mix 2 eggs 1 C. sour milk 1 t. vanilla Mix well and por into oblong pan.
