4 c. dandelions
3 eggs, hardboiled
3 slices bacon, fried and sliced

Dressing;
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1 Tbsp. miracle whip
vinegar to taste

Wash and chop dandelions. Mix together dry ingredients. Add drippings from bacon and lightly brown. Add liquids and cook until thick. Pour over dandelions. Add chopped bacon and eggs; mix.

Note: Soak dandelions in salt water prior to making to remove bitterness.
