2 c. flour 2 t. baking powder 1 c. water 1 t. vanilla 2 (3 ½ oz.) boxes vanilla pudding or ¾ c. instant vanilla pudding 1 c. sugar ¾ c. oil 4 eggs Middle and Top: 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. nuts 2 t. cinnamon Directions Combine flour, sugar, oil, eggs, baking powder, water, vanilla and instant pudding. Put half of batter in the cake pan. Now put on half of the sugar nuts and cinnamon mixture, then rest of batter and the rest of the crumb mixture. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes.
