2/3 c. dry bread crumbs 1 c. milk 1 1/2 lb. beef 2 beaten eggs 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. sage Directions Soak bread crumbs in milk; add meat, eggs and onions. Add seasoning and mix well. Form in a loaf and place into a greased pan. Cover meat with piquant sauce before baking.
