1 c. flour 3/4 c. sugar 2 T. cocoa 2 t. baking powder 1/4 t. salt 1/2 c. milk 2 T. oil 1 t. vanilla 1 c. brown sugar (packed) 1/4 c. cocoa 1 3/4 c. hottest tap water Favorite ice cream Heat oven to 350. In ungreased 9x9 cake pan, stir together the first five ingredients. Mix in milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth. Spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cocoa.
