1 c. sugar 1 c. powdered sugar 1 c. butter 1 c. oil 2 eggs 1 tsp. almond extract 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1 tsp. baking soda 4 ½ c. flour 1 T. vanilla Directions Creams sugars and butter; beat in eggs and oil. Add the rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Form dough into small balls, roll in sugar and place on baking sheet. Flatten balls with a glass dipped in sugar.
