1 lb. lasagna 2 lb. ground beef 1 clove garlic crushed 3/4 C. Onion chopped 1 qt. spaghetti sauce 1 (24 oz.) ctn. cottage cheese 1 (16 oz) ctn. sour cream 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese Directions Cook lasagna according to directions; rinse in cold water. Cook hamburger with 2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, onion and garlic; drain. Add spaghetti sauce and 1 cup water; cook 2 minutes. Add a little flour at a time to thicken. Cook until thick. Back to Meat Recipes |
