First layer:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1 T. sugar
1/2 c. nuts

Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350 until slightly browned

Second layer:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. cool whip
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Spread on top of first layer

Third layer:

2 1/4 c. water, divided
1/2 c. lemon juice
4 T. corn starch
1 c. sugar
1 T. butter
3 eggs
1/4 t. salt

Bring 2 c. water and lemon juice to boil. Beat eggs with 1/4 c. water. Add to cornstarch, sugar and salt which have been mixed together. Stir into boiling water and stir until thickened. Cool and put on top of second layer. Chill 2 hours.
