2 1/2 C. chicken broth 2 chopped onions 2 ribs celery, cut up 1 green pepper, diced 1 C. whole tomatoes 1 t. oregano 1 bay leaf 3/4 t. cumin 1 clove garlic 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper 5 oz. cooked diced chicken Directions Combine broth, onions, celery, green pepper, tomatoes, oregano, bay leaf, cumin, garlic, salt and pepper in large soup kettle. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf, add chicken and cook another 15 minutes. Back to Soup Recipes |
