Boil:
2 c. water

Add:
3 T. margarine
1 c. oatmeal
Bring to boil again and boil for 1 minute. Cool to lukewarm.

Add:
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Make yeast mixture of:
2 T. yeast
1 T. sugar
1/3 c. warm water

Add to oatmeal mixture. Stir in 5 cups of bread flour, one cup at a time, until too sticky, then knead the rest in. Let rise in a warm place, then roll out and spread with margarine, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll lengthwise and cut into 1/2" wedges. Place in pans, cover and let rise. Bake at 350.
