2 C. cream (scalded) 1/2 C. brown sugar 2 egg whites 3 T. flour 1/4 t. salt 1 t. vanilla Directions Mix flour, salt and vanilla, add scalded milk. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes then reduce heat to 350 until set. (approximately 30 minutes) Back to Pie Recipes |
