¾ c. sifted flour 1 t. baking powder ¼ t. salt 1 jar jelly (any flavor you prefer) ¾ c. sugar 1 t. vanilla 5 eggs Directions Beat eggs until foamy, gradually add sugar beat until thick, fluffy and light colored. Then slowly add flour with baking powder and salt mixed in, fold in don’t beat. Add vanilla last. Pour onto a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Bake at 400° for 10-15 minutes. Before cake is completely cooled remove from pan and roll up in waxed paper. Cool. Then unroll cake and remove wax paper. Spread jelly on cake. Then roll back up. Slice and serve.
