2 c. flour
2/3 c. baking cocoa
1 t. baking powder
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. brewed coffee, room temp
2 c. sugar
2 t. baking soda
½ t. salt
1 t. vanilla

Peanut Butter Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
½ t. vanilla
¼ c. creamy peanut butter
2 T. milk

Directions

In mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. Beat well. Stir in coffee. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until done. Cool. Then make frosting. Beat the cream cheese and peanut butter in a mixing bowl until smooth. Beat in sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread over the cake. Yields: 12 servings.
