2 ½ to 3 c. flour 1 pkg. yeast 1 tsp. salt 1 c. hot water 2 T. vegetable oil Directions In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup flour, yeast and salt. Add water and oil; mix well. Gradually stir in remaining flour to make a firm dough; knead dough 10-12 times. Cover and let rise for 15 minutes. Yield 2 (12 inch) crusts, or l large cookie sheet.
