4 c. diced Rhubarb 1 c. sugar 3 T. Flour 1 c. Brown Sugar 1 c. Rolled oats 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. shortening Directions Mix the first 3 ingredients and place in a 6 x 10 baking dish. Combine rest of ingredients and sprinkle over Rhubarb mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm with cream or plain. Back to Dessert Recipes |
