Vanilla Part: ½ c. oleo 1 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 ½ tsp. baking soda ½ tsp. salt 3 T. cream 2 ¾ c. flour Chocolate Part: ¾ c. oleo 1 c. sugar 1 egg 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder ½ tsp. baking soda 2/3 c. cocoa ¼ c. milk ½ tsp. vanilla ½ tsp. salt Icing: 5 T. butter 4 T. cream 1 tsp. vanilla 3 c. powdered sugar Directions In separate bowls, mix together in order given. Chill a few hours, then roll out to ¼ inch thick and cut. Bake at 400 degrees. When cool put a vanilla and a chocolate cookie together with icing. Wilma Jean Troyer Back to Cookie Recipes |
