2 C. granulated sugar 3 eggs 1 C. shortening 4 1/2 C. flour 1 t. vanilla 1 t. soda 1 t. baking powder 1 C. sour cream 1 box lemon instant pudding Instructions Cream sugar and shortening, then add eggs and mix well. Add dry ingredients, vanilla and sour cream. Mix well. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Then dip a greased tumbler or cup in sugar and press each cookie so that it is thin. Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 350.
