1 yellow cake mix sm. box vanilla pudding mix Crumbs: 1/2 C. flour 1 stick cold margarine 1 C. brown sugar 2 t. cinnamon Mix cake as directed on the box. Add puuding mix. Put half the batter in a 9 x 13 pan. In separate bowl mix crumbs until about pea size. Spread half the crumbs over the cake batter. Carefully spread remaining batter over crumbs without stirring them together. Finishing with last of crumbs. Bake at 350 for 35 - 40 minutes. Use toothpick test. If desired you may glaze with 1 C. powdered sugar and 2 T. water. Drizzle over warm cake. Back to Cake Recipes |
