Part 1: 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine Part 2: 1 - 8 oz. cream cheese softened 1/4 c. sugar 2 T. milk 1 oz. cool whip 2 pkg. instant pudding (any flavor) 3 1/2 c. cold milk Combine part 1 and press into bottom of 13 x 9 pan. beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 T. milk until smooth, fold in half of whipped topping into cream cheese then spread over crust. Prepare the pudding as directed, then pour over cream cheese layer. Put remaining whipped topping on top. Garnish with grated chocolate or nuts. Yields 15 servings. Back to Dessert Recipes |
