1 (20 oz.) loaf white bread
4 potatoes
1 sm. carrot
1 stem of celery
1/4 c. turkey soup base
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 pt. turkey broth with turkey pieces
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. onions
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
3 c. milk

Toast bread and cube. Dice vegetables and cook until tender in 2 cups water and soup base. When vegetables are done, mix with broth, milk and bread; add butter and seasonings. Dressing should have enough milk to moisten all bread cubes. Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400 for 50 minutes.
