2 C. hamburger 4 C. zucchini 1/2 C. diced onion 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 C. milk 2 C. toasted bread crumbs 1 T. melted oleo Pepper & salt to taste Directions Combine first 5 ingredients. Put toasted bread crumb mixture on top. Bake at 350 for one hour. Add cheese of your choice and put back in oven until cheese melts. Back to Casserole Recipes |
