2 (12 oz.) pkg. link sausage
8 slices of bread
2 c. grated cheese
8 eggs beaten with 2 c. milk
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown sausage and cut into 1/4″ pieces. Cube bread and spread into 13 x 9 pan. Spread sausage and cheese over bread. Pour eggs on top. Cover with soup. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
