2 c. water
1 c. quick cooking oats
3 T. butter
1 pkg. yeast with 1/3 c. warm water
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 T. sugar
1 1/2 t. salt
4 3/4 – 5 1/4 c. flour

Boil water, add oatmeal, butter and salt. When boiling add brown sugar. Cool; add 1/2 of flour, yeast, rest of flour. Let rise 1 hour. Roll out, sprinkle with cinnamon and roll up.
Let rise 45 minutes. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
