12 c. potatoes
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 c. celery, diced
12 hard boiled eggs
3 c. cooked macaroni (with salt)
1 c. shredded carrots (optional)

Dressing:
3 c. salad dressing
6 T. mustard
2 t. salt
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. milk

Cook potatoes and put through Salad Master. (Important to shred, not cube). Mix all together and chill. Best if made a day before serving. Makes 1 gallon.
