24 graham crackers
1/2 c. margarine
1/3 c. sugar
Press in 13 x 9 pan.

Beat 2 eggs and add cream cheese and 3/4 c. sugar, mix and pour over graham crackers. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Mix together 2 c. pumpkin, 1 T. cornstarch, 3 egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 t. salt and 2 t. cinnamon. Cook until thickened.

Add 1 pkg. Knox gelatin dissolved in 1/4 c. cold water immediately after removing from heat. Cool. Add 3 beaten egg whites and fold into cooled mixture.
