14 potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 t. seasoning salt
1 t. salt
1 t. paprika
1 T. parsley flakes

Grease 2 cookie sheets with butter. Melt butter in 1 qt. saucepan. Pare and quarter potatoes lengthwise. Drain water. Coat potatoes with melted butter. Dribble excess onto cookie sheets.
In small bowl combine dry ingredients; add flour mixture to potatoes. Toss in bowl to coat. Bake at 375, stirring twice during cooking. Bake until tender and golden brown.
