2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 t. soda 1 t. baking powder 1 t. salt 1 c. vegetable oil 2 c. zucchini, peeled and grated 1/2 c. nuts 3 eggs 2 t. vanilla Mix dry ingredients, and then rest; mix well. Bake in moderate oven for 1 hour or until done.
