Fried Mush

Mix together 1 C. cornmeal, 1/2 t. salt and 1 T. flour, moisten with water making it fairly thin. Heat 1 C. milk to boiling. Stir ingredients into hot milk, let boil 3 minutes. Drop into skillet with hot oil, flatten and sprinkle with flour over the top. It browns fast!
