2 c brown sugar ½ c water 2 egg whites Boil brown sugar and water without stirring until it threads. Pour over beaten egg whites beating while pouring. When cool, spread and sprinkle with nuts.

1 c brown sugar 3 Tbsp butter 3 Tbsp milk 3 Tbsp flour Mix and bring to a hard boil. Remove from heat and add : ½ tsp vanilla Cool and beat to spread.

3 Tbsp flour 1 c milk Boil until thick, set aside to cool. 1/3 c butter 1/3 c Crisco ½ c sugar vanilla Beat until white. Add COLD flour mixture and heat until creamy.
