2 quarts peas 2 level Tbsp boric acid 1 Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp salt Cover with water. Boil 25 min., can and seal.

Put enough for 8 quart in dishpan 1 rounding Tbsp salsilic acid Bring to boil. Put in cans and coldpack 3 hours.

2 quarts beans, cleaned 2 Tbsp salt 1 quart water 1 Tbsp sugar ½ cup vinegar Cook ½ hour then can.

1 heaping gallon beans 1 cup salt ½ cup sugar 1 pint water Boil 20 min. and can. Will make 2 quarts.
