Oatmeal Pie

3 eggs (well beaten) 2/3 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 2 T. butter 2/3 c. quick oats 2/3 c. coconut 1 t. vanilla Blend all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 for 30 – 35 minutes.

2 c. white sugar 2 T. flour 3 eggs, well beaten Pinch of salt 4 T. water 4 c. shoestring-cut apples Directions Combine all ingredients. Put into 2 unbaked pie shells; sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 325 degrees until done. Yield: 2 pies

Rhubarb Pie

3 C. rhubarb 2 eggs 1/2 t. salt 1 1/2 C. sugar 1 1/2 T. flour 1 T. strawberry jello Mix sugar, flour, salt and beaten eggs. Add rhubarb and jello. Put mixture in 2 unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Then reduce temp. to 350 and bake another 30 minutes.

4 C. berries 1 1/2 C. sugar 4 C. water Heat to boiling then add: 3/4 C. Clear Jel with 1/2 C. water Cook until thick then add: 1/2 C. raspberry jello Fill crusts, sprinkle sugar on top of crust. Bake at 350 until done.
