Potato Wedges

1 beaten egg white 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 2 t. oregano 5 or 6 potatoes Scrub potatoes and cut into wedges (fourths). Dip in egg white and roll in cheese and oregano. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
